Purpose of Brain Gym
Brain Gym provides games and progress features for entertainment and task-specific practice. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service or treatment, and it should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Availability and accounts
Brain Gym currently does not require an account. Features may change, be added or be removed over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or in every location.
Cost, advertising and purchases
Brain Gym is currently offered as a free download. The Android app may display advertising. Google Play will show the current information about ads and any purchases before installation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the app or website;
- attempt to access systems or information without authorisation;
- copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Brain Gym’s name, visual identity, software, game designs, written content and original assets are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms give you permission to use the service for personal purposes; they do not transfer ownership.
Third-party services and links
Brain Gym may use or link to third-party services, including Google Play, Firebase and AdMob. Their own terms and policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitation
Brain Gym is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular results or suitability for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. The updated date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
